You may cancel an order within one hour after making a purchase by emailing us at support@allrj.com  please make sure you provide your order number and contact information. We accept all major credit cards and also accept Paypal and Apple pay with more payment options coming soon!

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing orders. We do our very best to get the out ASAP!

Note that all orders are subject to review.

All dollar amounts are in USD currency $. If you are ordering from across the pond, the charges to your credit card will reflect the foreign currency rate exchanged into the US Dollar. Any fees charged by your bank for international orders are at the discretion of your bank so please check with your financial institution. 

We reserve the right to cancel any promotional codes at any time. Promo codes can last from 1 to 2 months and may only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated. All sales are final for discounted items.

We have set up the most efficient and cost-effective (FREE) shipping on orders however most USPS deliveries happen Monday through Friday (in some states on Saturdays) excluding some holidays. If you have any questions in relation to your local postmaster please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-4  business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

The approximate shipping time for each country:

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 7-13 business days.

Rest of the World: 15-20 working days.

We cannot take responsibility for any lost/stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the address of record provided to us in your order as well as any customs or additional shipping fees a receiving courier may impose upon an international delivery.

What currency are the prices I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-4 days of production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-13 days for US orders.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at support@allrj.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 15 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order numbers on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships or within 48hrs. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at  support@allrj.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-13 business days for US depending on your location and the speed of USPS/Carrier

Q: Are there any shipping delays because of Covid19?

A: Yes our we have seen somedelays with shipping due to our supply chain being affected by logistic bottlenecks however we have been tireslessly working with a new supply chain to better acomodate orders as they come in and we expect orders to continue to ship even with delays of about 14 to 18 working days.
